launched AGENT55.com, a meta search service that searches top ranked search engines
in many categories.

With Agent55 the search is automaticly sent to several different search engines and
the searchresults is presented in an easy and userfriendly overview.

"We first created the site because we needed a search service that searches multiple
search engines at the same time, and we did not think there was any similar good
sites that did this. Eventually we thought that this site could be of some use to
other people aswell, so that is why we are now making it public. The aim with
Agent55 is to give the users access to a much larger piece of the Internet than what
they can reach by using only one search engine", Goran Johansson, President of
Awesume Interactive, says.

What search engines is used by Agent55 is determined by many factors, amongst them:
availability, speed, functionality and the users ratings.Every search engine is also
checked each day so they work properly and don\'t contain spywares, viruses or
anoying popup-windows.

Agent55 currently exists in two versions. One global(english language) and a
localized Swedish language version with different search capabilities. The global
searches the web, images, videos, musik, shopping, software etc. and the localized
searches only within its own country for best buy, used products, jobs, news etc.
"The idea is that we soon are going to add more categories and more localized
versions for other countries, eg. United Kingdom, Germany, USA, Finland and Norway",
